Welcome to our small business! We are Jose and Carlos, two balloon artists who started designing for clients events in early 2020. Despite not knowing what to expect, Jose and Carlos have been working to provide the highest quality service to our clients while simultaneously bringing their vision to life. We are proud to be in business for over 4 years, and have had the opportunity to work with great corporations to small private parties. Our passion is helping our clients, and continue to serve our beautiful community of San Antonio, Texas and surrounding areas (Dallas, Austin, Houston, and the Rio Grande Valley)
